An Alabama native, Ms. Agricola received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in political science from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. In 2014, both the Alabama State Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia admitted her to practice.

In addition, Ms. Agricola is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Alabama, the Middle District of Georgia and the Middle District of Louisiana. She also practices before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
