Eric M. Wilson

Eric M. Wilson is the founding attorney of Eric Wilson Law, LLC, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he dedicates his practice to helping individuals and families navigate complex financial and legal challenges. With a career spanning nearly three decades, he has built a reputation for knowledgeable counsel and ethical advocacy in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer protection litigation, tax disputes and mortgage fraud matters.

Admitted to practice in Alabama in 1996, Mr. Wilson has guided countless clients through the bankruptcy process, including both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. Mr. Wilson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he distinguished himself academically and professionally. He was an active member of Moot Court and published scholarship in the Alabama Law Review. Prior to law school, he graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, providing him with a strong analytical foundation that continues to inform his legal practice today.
