L. Shane Seaborn

With nearly 25 years of experience practicing law, L. Shane Seaborn has earned his mammoth standing within his legal community through promoting the ideals of pristine, client-centric advocacy through his own practice. A partner at Penn & Seaborn, LLC, in Union Springs, Alabama, he is well-equipped to handle complex personal injury matters pertaining to motor vehicle accidents, products liability, wrongful death and many more. 

Mr. Seaborn completed his undergraduate studies in 1995, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Auburn University. He then went on to attend the Faulkner University School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he worked hard to bolster his shrewd legal acumen and foundation. He received his Juris Doctor in 1999, and a year later, he obtained his license to practice law in Alabama. He later became admitted to practice before all the federal districts of Alabama. 

A stalwart champion for his clients, Mr. Seaborn is aware of the difficulties his clients face on a daily basis, and he strives to take the legal burden off their shoulders so they can focus on their loved ones. Every tough challenge only works to strengthen his resolve for his clients, fighting tooth and nail to get them the compensation they deserve so that they can finally move forward. 

Outside his practice, Mr. Seaborn maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the Alabama State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Alabama Association for Justice (member of the Editorial Board of the Journal). He has also held significant leadership positions, such as serving as president of the Third Judicial Bar Association.
