David K. Gross

Attorney David K. Gross is a skilled litigator and the managing shareholder of the law firm of Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot. He serves clients throughout Anchorage, Alaska, and Washington, D.C. He has a long record of efficiently representing clients in matters pertaining to:

Majoring in American history and political science, Mr. Gross completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Colorado Boulder in 1992. He received his Doctor of Law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1996. While in law school, he was a member of the Trial Lawyers Association and won the International Moot Court Competition. He is licensed to practice in Alaska (1996), Colorado Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. Gross holds active memberships in the American Bar Association, The National Trial Lawyers, the State Bar of Texas, the Colorado Bar Association and the Alaska Bar Association. He also offers pro bono services through the help of organizations such as the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Anchorage Youth Court.
