Michael Faith

As managing partner at Faith, Ledyard & Faith, PLC, Michael Faith represents clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area in Arizona. His practice focus includes the following legal matters: real estate, trusts, probate, wills, estate planning, bankruptcy, commercial transactions, business formation, real estate transactions, land development, homeowner associations, leases, tax lien foreclosures, collections, limited liability companies, quiet title actions, title defects, personal injury cases (include motor vehicle accidents) and constructions law.

Mr. Faith is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Along with running a successful law practice, he is Vice President of Faith Construction Company.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Mr. Faith attended Whittier Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor. He is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association and a Director of the West Maricopa County Bar Association.

Mr. Faith is also a board member for the City of Litchfield Park’s Industrial Development Authority and commissioner for the Planning and Zoning Commission. He volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts of America, the West Valley Mavericks, the Wellspring Park Conservancy and the Litchfield Park Rotary Club. 

Mr. Faith has been certified by the Arizona Bar as a Specialist in Real Estate Law.
