Ardene Fox

Family law attorney Ardené Fox heads the Fox Law Group in Gilbert, Arizona, serving clients in the Phoenix Metro and throughout the state of Arizona. She helps them in legal matters involving:

• Juvenile law
• Child support
• Grandparents’ rights
• Premarital agreements

Ms. Fox began her legal career as an assistant attorney general, representing the Arizona Department of Child Safety in parental rights termination, guardianship and adoption matters. She also served as guardian ad litem for children and adults, zealously advocating for their rights in the courtroom. 

Earning her bachelor’s cum laude in humanistic studies from Loyola Marymount University in 2011, Ms. Fox went on to enroll at the Arizona Summit Law School. While there, she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Black Law Students Association. Furthermore, she was elected the vice president of the American Constitution Society and won two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. 

Obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2014, Ms. Fox gained her license to practice in Arizona the following year. The National Black Lawyers Association has added her to the Top 100 list, recognizing her excellence in the legal field. She also holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo.
