Joshua Love

Joshua Love is an effective estate planning attorney, knowledgeable in various matters such as estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, estate administration, trusts and probate, among many others.

Mr. Love is a 2016 Bachelor of Arts degree graduate in political science and government from the University of California, Davis, and prior to that, obtained his associate’s degree in natural sciences with honors at Sierra College in 2014. He then enrolled at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2019. He was licensed to practice in Arizona the same year he graduated law school.

Before turning to private practice, Mr. Love spent considerable hours while in law school as a certified limited practice student, training under senior prosecutors in Tempe. He learned the many moving parts of a courtroom, with an emphasis on conducting pretrial conferences, putting on trials, drafting plea agreements and court motions, and preparing subpoena and disclosure lists.

Adept in his field, Mr. Love leaves no stone unturned when distributing an estate to loved ones or setting up a trust for his clients. He ensures his clients are well aware of every step in the process and what each decision would entail in the long term. His own strenuous experiences with the probate process in his early life gives him the drive to make sure his clients’ estate plan is secure, seamless and painless to their loved ones.
