Abdul Jaiteh

With a career built on rare insider insight into the insurance industry, Abdul brings a strategic edge to every case he handles. Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Abdul spent years working within the insurance world—an experience that gives him a deep understanding of how insurers evaluate, negotiate, and fight claims. This background is not taught in law school; it comes from hands-on training at institutions like Safeco Insurance Claims Training and Travelers Insurance Claims University, where Abdul honed his skills in claims evaluation, negotiations, and fraud detection.  

Abdul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he was recognized for academic excellence, earning both Dean’s List honors and a Colorado Scholars Award. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Phoenix School of Law, where his achievements included multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and leadership roles in Moot Court and Law Review.  

Abdul’s legal journey began in insurance defense, giving him firsthand experience litigating on behalf of insurers. Today, he leverages that rare trifecta—insurance adjuster, defense attorney, and now plaintiff’s lawyer—to advocate for clients injured in car accidents and other serious incidents. His personal injury practice, Accident Justice, spans motor vehicle, trucking, and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.  

In addition to personal injury, Abdul's firm represents clients in criminal defense and immigration matters, maintaining the same client-centered focus across all practice areas.  

His commitment to excellence has earned him multiple recognitions, including five consecutive selections to the Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for only 5% of attorneys in the state. Known for his negotiation skills and willingness to go to trial when needed, Abdul is a trusted advocate who maximizes results.

At Accident Justice, our approach is rooted in delivering personalized, high-quality representation tailored to each client’s unique situation. Abdul takes great pride in having built a serious injury law practice grounded in individualized attention, not mass production. He made a deliberate decision to reject the model of a high-volume “factory law firm” that applies a one-size-fits-all strategy to thousands of cases. Instead, he has purposefully structured the firm to take on a limited number of personal injury cases, ensuring that every client receives the focused strategy, thoughtful advocacy, and compassionate care their case deserves.   

Educational Work

Abdul is passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge of their legal rights. He has delivered numerous informational seminars on personal injury law, insurance issues, and legal rights at churches, nonprofit organizations, universities, and community centers. With a genuine commitment to public education, Abdul takes pride in breaking down complex legal concepts so the community can understand and protect itself. These efforts reflect his broader mission to make a lasting impact beyond the courtroom, through education and community engagement.  

Community Involvement 

Abdul is deeply committed to giving back to the community, especially in support of youth development and women's safety. He believes in the power of sports and education to positively shape young lives and keep them focused on healthy, constructive paths. His community involvement includes, but is not limited to:
