Lynda Vescio

Serving clients from the Law Offices of Vescio & Seifert, P.C., in Glendale, Arizona, Lynda Vescio has nearly three decades of experience in representing clients. Handling matters of family law, she advocates for clients in divorce, child support, pre- and postnuptial agreements, guardianship, alimony, adoption and injunctions against harassment. With her extensive experience, she aims to support families around Phoenix and other suburbs in Arizona. 

After graduating from Mount Holyoke College with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and sociology, Ms. Vescio proceeded to pursue her law degree. Earning her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1995, she was admitted to practice law in New York in the following year. She is additionally licensed to practice in Arizona and before federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Throughout her years of practice, Ms. Vescio has learned that every family is distinct and every case special. Therefore, she personalizes her approach to each case. She understands that communication is the key to providing her clients with assurance and ensuring they are told everything they need to know. She is a strong negotiator, but her experience in trials comes in handy when a compromise cannot be reached. 

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Vescio is part of the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee and is a member of the Glendale Community Development Advisory Commission and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she previously served as the chair. She also holds an active standing with the National Association of Women Business Owners. She maintains an “Excellent” rating on Avvo for her dedicated client service.
