Russell F. Wenk

Mr. Wenk is Certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of Arizona. He is one of only 75 attorneys in the state who have attained this distinction by demonstrating substantial experience, effectiveness and knowledge significantly higher than that possessed by a general practitioner who regularly handles family law matters.

As a partner at Lincoln & Wenk PLLC, Russell F. Wenk is committed to representing clients in Goodyear and the Phoenix area in Arizona. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: Divorce and family law.

In 2001, Mr. Wenk earned Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University. He went on to graduate cum laude with a law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 2005.

Though he represents people through a variety of legal matters, Mr. Wenk keeps one thing consistent: his outstanding relationship with each client. In every case, he ensures that his clients understand their options and can get their questions answered promptly. He listens to his clients' concerns, explains the possible outcomes and collaborates with them to develop a plan of action.

Having extensive litigation experience gives Mr. Wenk the ability to successfully advocate for clients in the courtroom. He is also adept at negotiating with other parties in order to reach a quick and effective solution.

Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005, Mr. Wenk is active with the Arizona Association for Justice, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Association of Family Law Attorneys. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

When he is not at his practice, Mr. Wenk provides pro bono legal services through the Family Lawyers Assistance Project with Community Legal Services, Inc.
