Attorney Jessica Tinoco is the co-founder and managing litigation attorney at Tinoco Law PLLC in Mesa, Arizona. Since opening the firm with her brother in 2023, she has skillfully handled a broad spectrum of personal injury cases, including high-profile complex matters of wrongful death, truck accidents and burn injuries. Her practice extends to the regions of Phoenix and Scottsdale and the surrounding suburbs in Arizona.
Ms. Tinoco’s academic journey began at Arizona State University, where she earned a B.A. in justice studies and a certificate in international studies, graduating magna cum laude in 2010. She was a recipient of the Chicanos Por La Causa Academic Scholarship and the Arizona Constable Endowment Scholarship. Her legal education continued at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she completed her Juris Doctor in 2012. During her time at law school, she was involved in the Chicano/Latino Law Student Association and the Women Law Students’ Association and achieved the highest distinction in claims against governmental entities.
Admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2013, Ms. Tinoco subsequently earned admission to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2013. Her prowess in appellate matters is underscored by her admission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Her legal acumen has earned her numerous accolades, including being named a Top Attorney in 2020 by America’s Best, and a spot in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2023, followed by a position in the Top 100 in 2024.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Tinoco serves as a judge pro tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court, a role she has held since June 2021. She has presided over several settlement conferences and temporarily covered the bench for the Honorable Judge Cronin in 2023. She has been rated “Very Good” on Avvo.
