Joshua Mark Ernst

A founding partner of Ernst, Brown & Draper in Mesa, Arizona, Joshua Mark Ernst has strived to provide his clients with eminent legal representation that tackles their legal matters efficaciously and with grace and poise. He is well-equipped to handle cases of varying levels of complexity pertaining to employment law (wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, etc.) and commercial litigation matters such as misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, breach of contract and insurance subrogation, among many others.

Mr. Ernst completed his undergraduate studies in 2009 at Brigham Young University and went on to attend the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and talents, as well as strengthened his legal foundation. He received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 2012, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Arizona. Later on, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

In a relatively short period of time, Mr. Ernst has garnered the adulation of his peers for his sheer commitment to his clients and enthusiastic zeal to help them free of their legal woes. He has practiced law before the Maricopa County Superior Court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court, providing him with immense exposure to pressure situations that carry high stakes. He has served as in-house counsel for the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District and, during this time, defended against multiple personal injury cases and wrongful death claims, along with many other contentious legal matters.
