Ms. Howland practices primarily in real estate and financial transactional matters, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters, including purchase, sales and leasing for commercial properties, negotiation and documentation of financial transactions, loan workouts and trustee sales. The representative commercials properties include matters relating to shopping centers, retail, office, industrial, vacant land, medical and hotel for both buyers/sellers, landlord/tenant and lender/borrower. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, Ms. Howland was Assistant General Counsel for Citibank Arizona where she documented commercial real estate loan transactions, prepared master documents for the automated loan documentation system, and developer and coordinated the in-house foreclosure practice area. Ms. Howland also has significant experience with negotiation and documentation of commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
