Andrea S. Tazioli

As an attorney at NCP Law, Andrea S. Tazioli has a practice that encompasses criminal defense matters, internal investigations and complex civil litigation. She is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and she provides representation to people and businesses throughout the state. Admitted to practice in Arizona since 2008, Ms. Tazioli became admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in the following year.

In her criminal defense practice, Ms. Tazioli has represented people who have been accused by the state or federal government of having committed misdemeanor or felony offenses. Among the charges that she has handled are fraud and other white-collar crimes, domestic violence, assault, drug possession and distribution, theft, driving under the influence and homicide. Ms. Tazioli has been able to obtain positive results for her clients through dismissals, acquittals, charge reductions and negotiations of favorable plea bargain agreements with state and federal prosecutors.  Ms. Tazioli also practices before professional boards and handles student conduct matters, including alleged violations of Title IX.

Ms. Tazioli also has extensive experience in representing businesses in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract breaches. In addition to her courtroom experience in this regard, she has appeared before panels of arbitrators and has often been able to help her clients reach accords through mediation sessions. Ms. Tazioli has additionally worked with company clients who are conducting internal investigations into various types of alleged misconduct. She has handled matters such as securities law violations, immigration issues, environmental claims and fraud.

Ms. Tazioli majored in history at Loyola Marymount University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. She subsequently enrolled at the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 2008. Prior to joining NCP Law, she spent nearly 12 years at the Phoenix office of an AM Law 200 law firm, where she was a partner.
