Brian D. Greathouse

Brian Greathouse is a land use, zoning, and real estate attorney. Since 2002, Brian has worked in a variety of different roles entitling, designing, and developing different types of real estate assets, including master-planned communities, infill single family, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, municipal, and golf course developments. Brian solves problems for his Clients by understanding their needs and utilizes his experience in zoning, engineering and land development, and utilizes his relationships with City Staff Members and Elected Officials to get results.

Brian has obtained general and special area plan amendments, rezoning and site plan approvals, use permits, and preliminary and final plat approvals for his Clients. Brian also has experience with condemnation matters and provides transactional real estate services, such as purchase and sale, lease, and easement agreements and Declarations and CC&Rs.
