Christopher J. Berry

Attorney Christopher J. Berry is the manager and lead trial counsel at Berry Law Group, PLLC, in Phoenix, Arizona. Serving a diverse range of clients throughout Maricopa County and all across the state, Mr. Berry provides invaluable, effective representation to those who are dealing with complex legal challenges involving any of the following:

· Commercial litigation, including trade secret issues and unfair competition, financial fraud, business torts, employment litigation, noncompete, and nonsolicitation agreements, real estate litigation, environmental litigation, and other serious matters

· Civil litigation for plaintiffs and defendants involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, civil rights violations, tortious matters involving law enforcement, emergency personnel and other municipal employees, and more

Over the course of his more than 27 years in practice, Mr. Berry has achieved considerable success advocating on behalf of his clients' rights and interests in state, municipal and federal courts across his region. He has also established himself as a leader in his field through his extensive writing on various legal topics, and he routinely conducts lectures and continuing legal education seminars on a variety of subjects. He also maintains a national webcast on topics including auto injury litigation and effective trial advocacy, among others.

Mr. Berry graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science. A member of the University Honors Program, he received the Outstanding Honors Thesis Award, and he served as constituent services representative for Governor Rose Mofford as well as member of the Men's Intercollegiate Rodeo Team.

He then attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as editor of the Houston Law Review. He received the A.P. Jones Scholarship and graduated cum laude in 1992 as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barons. He holds his license to practice in California and Arizona.
