I have been a lawyer for 40 years. During a ten-year period, I was also an adjunct professor of business law at Grand Canyon University.
I'm a business lawyer. I help small and medium sized businesses with respect to formation, purchase and sale of assets and real estate, and various forms of contracts. I frequently work with our land planning attorneys on zoning and related matters.
I am also my firm's principal appellate attorney, working with litigators throughout the firm in a wide variety of civil matters, including business and other commercial disputes, divorce and family law, and personal injury claims and defense. I am also called upon by lawyers in other firms for consultation on their appeals or for referral as appellate counsel.
