Mr. Kresin majored in history and political science at Cornell College in Iowa and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1994. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the University of Kansas School of Law, and he served on the University of Kansas Law Review before obtaining his Juris Doctor and being inducted into the Order of the Coif in 1997.

A significant portion of Mr. Kresin’s clientele is made up of people who are plaintiffs in employment-related claims and lawsuits. His experience in this regard has included allegations of workplace discrimination that are covered by various federal and state laws, wrongful termination and other acts of prohibited retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act disputes, wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and various types of harassment.  Mr. Kresin has also represented small business owners and executives in a variety of matters, including fiduciary duty breaches, the preparation and review of employment, termination, and compensation agreements, contract disputes and other matters.

In addition to his trial experience in state and federal court, Mr. Kresin has also argued on behalf of his clients at arbitration sessions and before state and federal agencies. His successful track record in all of these matters has earned him recognition by Chambers USA in 2024 as one of only six Band 1 lawyers in the category of Arizona Labor & Employment (Mainly Plaintiff) and an “Excellent” peer review rating through Avvo and other honors.
