After law school, Mr. Shughart joined a renowned firm in Phoenix as a partner where he represented insurance companies. He later started his own firm where he took on personal injury cases, representing those who were hurt through no fault of their own. In 2013, he joined Beale Micheaels Slack Shughart P.C.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shughart has litigated cases for clients in courtrooms throughout Arizona, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
