David Schmidt

David is an experienced litigation and insurance law attorney.  He has represented business clients as outside general counsel as well as managing their litigation matters.  David has assisted insurance companies, subcontractors, general contractors, skilled nursing facilities, businesses, and homeowners’ associations.  The breadth of his work is in litigation, where he has conducted numerous depositions, attended hearings, and drafted responsive motions and pleadings.  Skilled in ADR, he has assisted clients with the resolution of legal matters through both mediation and settlements.   David has represented clients in front of administrative boards.
