Garrick L. Gallagher

Garrick L. Gallagher is a shareholder and director, and he has served as a past president of the Phoenix-based law firm of Sanders & Parks, P.C.

Rated as an AV-Preeminent* attorney, Mr. Gallagher represents individuals, business and insurance entities worldwide involved in complex civil litigation regarding insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, mass tort, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, professional liability, construction litigation and intellectual property litigation.

Among his representative cases is a successful recovery of a $5.95 million verdict on behalf of U.S. Fire Insurance Company in a bad faith, failure-to-settle action against the primary insurance carrier. He regularly represents insurers as monitoring counsel on catastrophic cases around the country, including mass tort cases. He has also recovered more than $100 million on behalf of his clients in various jurisdictions.

Mr. Gallagher regularly acts as a mediator, arbitrator and settlement conference judge, is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court.

Due to his local, national and international success, Mr. Gallagher has been interviewed by Dateline NBC, local news networks, the Los Angeles Times, the London Times and Gentlemen's Quarterly in connection with cases he has handled.

Mr. Gallagher is an active member of several legal organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the Defense Research Institute and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
