Jack H. Hirsch

Jack H. Hirsch, partner and Phoenix injury attorney at Hirsch & Lyon Accident Law, is a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death by the State Bar of AZ. Mr. Hirsch represents clients throughout Arizona who have been injured due to motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites and more. He also handles premises liability, property damage and wrongful death matters. Mr. Hirsch has more than three decades of legal experience and has litigated and settled million- and multimillion-dollar cases for clients.

An Arizona native, Mr. Hirsch received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and earned his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1988 and is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Before becoming a practicing attorney, Mr. Hirsch was employed in the insurance defense industry and uses the knowledge he gained in this role to more completely serve his clients. In 1992, he opened the Law Office of Jack H. Hirsch as a way of giving back to his local community. Over the course of his legal career, he has litigated numerous cases and has earned a reputation as a hard-working trial lawyer. In early 2017, he started his next chapter at Hirsch and Lyon where he will continue representing his clients with the highest standard.

Along with his law practice, Mr. Hirsch is actively involved in various professional and legal organizations. He has been a sustaining member of the Arizona Association for Justice since 1993 and is a sustaining member of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been selected into America's Top 100 Attorneys.
