John A. Hink

John joined Tiffany & Bosco P.A. in September, 2017.  Prior to Tiffany & Bosco P.A., John was in private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona.  John had previously been with Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP f/k/a Lewis and Roca LLP from 2010-2013 and prior to that was a shareholder with Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, P.A. from 1989 to 2010. John is listed in the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2014-2019 editions of Southwest Super Lawyers.  He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and listed in Chambers USA (2004 to present) and Best Lawyers (2010 to present). John is proud to be an Arizona native. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, construction, disposition, and all other related matters, including legal opinions, on behalf of both lenders and owners. John has over 30 years experience in the planning, construction, financing and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use residential developments. John also has extensive experience with commercial, industrial, and office leasing. He has represented a variety of financial institutions in loan workouts, foreclosures, and asset dispositions, including office and industrial projects, apartments, residential subdivisions and condominiums. He also has experience representing governmental agencies in connection with construction projects and mixed use developments.
