Jon P. Mccarty

A stalwart champion for his clients through all the complex legal challenges they face, Jon P. McCarty has strived to provide efficacious and top-quality legal representation in contentious legal matters pertaining to criminal law and family law. Mr. McCarty completed his undergraduate studies in 1993 from Illinois State University and went on to pursue a higher education at his alma mater, earning his M.B.A. degree in 1995. With a fervent passion to pursue law, he enrolled in the University of Illinois College of Law, where his academic prowess was evident throughout his time there. He received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1998, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas. Later, he became licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana and Arizona.

Within his legal community, Mr. McCarty maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Texas, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
