Ms. Theobald embarked on her academic journey at Loyola University Maryland, earning a B.A. in political science and public relations in 2010. She then pursued her J.D. at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2013. Her legal career began with the Defender Association of Philadelphia as a criminal defense attorney, representing the indigent population of Philadelphia. As a deputy attorney general at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General, she handled cases involving financial crimes, identity theft and gang activity. 

An esteemed figure in the legal community, Ms. Theobald is an active member of the NACDL, Maricopa County bar association and Arizona State Bar.
