Katelyn Morgan

As partner and managing attorney of the family law division at The Valley Law Group, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona, Katelyn Morgan leads a comprehensive statewide practice. She guides clients through the full spectrum of marital and parental issues, including high-conflict divorce, property division, prenuptial agreements, mediation and domestic violence protections. Her extensive scope encompasses paternity, child custody, support modifications and enforcing court decrees across the entire Phoenix metro area and broader Arizona communities.

Deeply committed to securing family stability, Ms. Morgan also handles third-party rights, adoptions and complex juvenile proceedings. Her dedicated representation protects vulnerable individuals through dependency, delinquency, emancipation, guardianship and conservatorship matters, as well as grandparent visitation claims. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice and sociology at Northern Arizona University, Ms. Morgan pursued her interest in the legal field by serving with the Arizona Innocence Project, investigating claims of wrongful conviction and working as an intern at a local criminal defense firm. She later enrolled at Arizona Summit Law School, where she was a member of the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Association. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2018 and is also licensed to practice law in Utah.

Active in the legal profession, Ms. Morgan was nominated and worked on the Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Arizona.
