For 15 years, Kelly J. McDonald has been helping families in the Phoenix metro area. At The Law Offices of Kelly J. Mr. McDonald studied nursing at the University of Cincinnati, earning both Bachelor of Education and an associate degree from the institution with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1988.

Mr. McDonald has contributed to many educational presentations to the legal community covering topics such as elder abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, discovery and disclosure in litigation, and expert witness presentation. He has also contributed his experience and knowledge through articles for legal organizations, including over 10 articles for the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Mr. McDonald served on the executive council for the State Bar of Arizona Elder Law Section and as a state delegate for the American Association for Justice. He is also a volunteer attorney with the Maricopa County Volunteer Lawyers Program.

Assisting in Mr. McDonald's law practice is his associate, Katie Warner. Ms. Warner earned her law degree from Phoenix School of Law in 2011. During law school, she was a managing board member of the Phoenix Law Review. Recognized for her work in trusts and estates, Ms. Warner received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in the fall of 2010. She also volunteers her legal skills in estate planning for Arizona's first responders through the Wills for Heroes Organization.
