Kevin is a partner with Cohen Dowd Durchslag. Kevin focuses his practice exclusively on complex commercial litigation. A passionate trial lawyer, Kevin has significant and successful bench trial, jury trial and arbitration experience. Kevin has helped clients obtain judgments and private settlements in the tens of millions of dollars, as well as favorable injunctive and declaratory relief. He has also helped clients secure favorable defense verdicts and settlements. Kevin is active in the community and currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Business Torts & Unfair Competition Committee for the ABA Litigation Section.
