Kevin Moyer

Kevin joined Cohen Dowd Quigley P.C. as an attorney in 2014.  Kevin focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation.  A passionate trial lawyer, Kevin has significant and successful bench trial, jury trial and arbitration experience.  Kevin has helped clients obtain judgments and private settlements in the tens of millions of dollars, as well as favorable injunctive and declaratory relief.  He has also helped clients secure favorable defense verdicts and settlements.  Kevin is active in the community, and currently a member of the Associate board for Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona.  Kevin also has also serves as co-chair on the ABA subcommittee for fraud for the Business Torts and Unfair Competition committee.  Kevin was also previously a member of board of directors for the Maricopa County Young lawyers Division.
