He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Cohen is a respected member of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law - Arizona State University, where he teaches courses on professional responsibility, professional liability and pretrial practice. He has also taught and conducted research at The University of Michigan Law School and the University of Illinois Chicago. Moreover, he has served on the adjunct faculties of the Arizona Summit Law School and Arizona State University.

Actively involved in many pro bono activities, Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He further extends himself with memberships in the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
