Lincoln received his bachelor’s degree in European history from UC San Diego and has a master’s degree in sports administration from Ohio University. Before law school, he had a diverse career in education and athletics ranging from being an American history teacher at Buckeye Union High School in Buckeye, Arizona, to being a member of UC San Diego men’s basketball team. 

Pursuing his interest in the legal field, Lincoln graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. While at law school, he served on the staff of the Arizona State Law Journal, received the 2005 Best Student Note Award and was inducted into The Order of the Coif. Following law school, he clerked for the Hon. Andrew D. Hurwitz on the Arizona Supreme Court from 2006-07. 

Lincoln is well-known among his colleagues and clients for his diligent work ethic and tenacious determination to provide judicious representation. He is recognized by prestigious organizations such as Best Lawyers and is a member of the Southwest SuperLawyers Top 50 in Arizona. His work has been featured in the media on FOX News, NPR Radio, and ABC 15. 

Lincoln is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice (AzAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He holds leadership positions within these groups including serving on the Board of Governors of AzAJ and an as a State Delegate for Arizona to AAJ. He is formerly the co-chair of AAJ’s IVC Filters Litigation Group and a member of the State bar of Arizona's Civil Practice and Procedure and Civil Jury Instructions Committees. Lincoln is also licensed in New Mexico and is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
