Loren A. Suddes

Mrs. Suddes is a Senior Member with The Cavanagh Law Firm where her practice focuses upon litigation of matters involving personal injury, premises liability, product liability, dram shop liability, transportation and trucking, wrongful death, and construction defect claims.  She also has significant experience handling matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith claim handling and punitive damages, and other breach of contract and tort claims.  Mrs. Suddes has represented clients in a variety of industries including trucking and transportation, insurance, security, lodging, healthcare, communications and construction.

Mrs. Suddes is certified by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) as a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP). She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC).

Mrs. Suddes attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served in numerous leadership positions, was awarded a number of honors, and graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.
