Mark S. Sifferman

Mark S. Sifferman is an attorney at The Sifferman Law Firm PLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Sifferman is a member of the firm’s civil litigation practice group and focuses his practice on business law and litigation. He represents clients in Phoenix and throughout the state of Arizona.

Mr. Sifferman has more than 35 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has litigated construction, corporate bankruptcy, environmental, energy and real estate matters. He is also an experienced arbitrator and participates in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Martindale-Hubbell rated Mr. Sifferman AV Preeminent*, their highest available rating. He is a sustaining member of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and the recipient of a Slonaker Award from the University of Arizona Alumni Association.

Outside of the office, Mr. Sifferman serves as a disciplinary hearing panel member for the Arizona Supreme Court and is a former president of the Dads’ Club of Brophy College Preparatory School, the Madison Education Foundation and current director and corporate secretary of the Valley Field Riding and Polo Club. For more than 10 years, he has also coached youth sports, including baseball, basketball and soccer.

Mr. Sifferman received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and earned his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He is qualified to practice in all Arizona state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
