Attorney Paul L. Stoller is the managing partner of the Dalimonte Rueb law firm, which has seven law offices across the country. Along with his extensive trial skills, Mr. Stoller is also well-versed in the use of technology to provide more effective representation for his clients, and he currently leads on the firm's data privacy and security team along with serving as a member of its IT and IT Security Committees.
A 1992 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Stoller obtained his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 9th circuits and the U.S. Tax Court.
A leader in his legal community, Mr. Stoller serves on the State Bar of Arizona's Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, the Committee on Class Actions and Derivative Suits, and the Fee Arbitration Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar and Maricopa County Bar Associations, and he serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has also published numerous articles and conducted lectures and seminars across the country on a variety of legal topics.
