Richard J. Suzuki

With over two decades of legal practice commencing in the year 2000, Richard J. Suzuki stands as a steadfast attorney and proprietor of Suzuki Law Offices, which boasts branches in both Phoenix, Tucson, and Goodyear Arizona. Over the course of his 24-plus years in the legal realm, he has garnered extensive trial experience, having served as a federal and state prosecutor.

A 1997 graduate of The University of Arizona, Mr. Suzuki earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law (1997-2000). His legal journey commenced as a law clerk at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, leading to a role as a deputy county attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.  Mr. Suzuki was assigned to the Major Crimes Gang and the Repeat Offender Program Bureau.  He furthered his prosecution career as an Assistant United States Attorneys with the Department of Justice, where he handled hundreds of federal criminal offenses.  Mr. Suzuki gained extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Court.  This experience has led Mr. Suzuki to represent clients in 9 different states in their Federal Court justice system, being accused of large federal drug trafficking and white-collar crime cases.  

Beyond criminal defense, Mr. Suzuki extends his legal expertise to personal injury matters and offers free consultation services for those in need of legal guidance.
