Mr. Royal’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration with honors from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School, where he contributed to the Drake Law Review. He has authored numerous publications on corporate and business law, including topics such as liability under new legislation, business divorce, fiduciary duties and the unique challenges posed by limited liability companies.
