Robert E. Wisniewski focuses his practice on seeking justice for the injured worker. Providing representation to clients throughout Arizona, Bob helps people who have been injured on the job or who have contracted an occupational illness obtain the benefits to which they are entitled under their employer's insurance coverage and state law.

A specialist in workers' compensation law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Arizona, Bob is one of the premier workers’ compensation attorneys in Arizona, and has practiced workers’ compensation law for over 40 years in the Greater Phoenix area and the state of Arizona. 

As a Fellow and a member of the Board of Governors of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Attorney Wisniewski is acknowledged by his peers as possessing the highest professional qualifications and ethical standards, character, integrity, professional expertise and leadership for more than twenty years.  He is committed to fostering and furthering the objectives of the College and has shown significant evidence of scholarship, teaching, lecturing, and/or distinguished published writings on Workers’ Compensation and related fields of law.

He served as an officer in the United States Air Force, and a Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) officer, US Air Force Reserves. Admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
