Shannon Clark is a tireless advocate for victims of negligent and wrongful conduct throughout Arizona and across the country. He has personally been involved with cases at Gallagher & Kennedy that have resulted in nearly $300,000,000 in settlements and verdicts for clients and their families in matters of personal injury. This includes cases of product liability, nursing home and elder abuse, negligence, commercial trucking/motorcycle/motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance and bad faith, government liability, fraud and commercial torts, fire and explosions, medical device litigation, and aviation disasters.
Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation, appellate practice and professional malpractice law, he is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40. At Cornell University, Mr. Clark graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts before attending law school. He then graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law with his Juris Doctor and was a note editor for the Duke Law Journal while completing his studies. In 1994, he also spent a year studying abroad in Spain, gaining international experience.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Arizona, the Litigation Counsel of America and the Arizona Association for Justice. A North American Fellow for the International Society of Barristers, Mr. Clark also works in his community with the 100 Club of Arizona Board of Directors, ICAN: Positive Program for Youth and the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.

Member of team representing victims of fuel-fed fires caused by rear-impact collisions in Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors; helped cause Ford to spend $90,000,000 to improve safety of police vehicles. After a two-month trial, recovered record settlement for victims of elder abuse at a nursing home. Member of Trial Team for victims of motor coach accident causing injury or death to 49 victims. Handled virtually all varieties of personal injury cases, including product liability, motor vehicle accidents, dram shop actions, premises liability, elder abuse, commercial trucking, aviation and insurance bad faith.
