Stephen R. Smith

A partner with Phoenix, Arizona, law firm Fromm Smith & Gadow, P.C., Stephen R. Smith practices family law. He is experienced in a wide range of issues, from divorce, legal separation and annulment to child custody, child and spousal support, paternity, grandparents’ rights, relocation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and family law appeals. Mr. Smith is a certified specialist in family law. He accepts clients in Phoenix, as well as throughout Arizona.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State University in 1991, Mr. Smith went on to earn his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Whittier College. While in law school, he served as a member of the Whittier Law Review. Today, he is licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Mr. Smith is known for his compassion, dedication and commitment to preserving family harmony even during difficult emotional times. As such, he is experienced in mediation and other forms of uncontested dispute resolution. However, when necessary, he is more than capable of representing his clients’ rights in court.

Remaining active in the legal community is important to Mr. Smith.
