Theodore (Todd) Julian, Jr.

A leader in the legal community in Arizona and recipient of numerous awards, Theodore (Todd) Julian Jr. is a personal injury attorney providing his services to people residing all across the state of Arizona through the Phoenix-based firm Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., representing his clients through the firm since the late 1980s, he has extensive experience in both defending insurers and representing victims who have suffered from personal injuries involving catastrophic accidents of varying intensity, such as automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bites and attacks, fire explosion injuries and wrongful death.  

Admitted to practice in Arizona in 1989, Mr. Julian represents his clients before multiple tribunal, federal, appellate and state courts. He is one of the finest attorneys in the state and his legal works and achievements are widely recognized and honored by several organizations and publications. Majoring in history, Mr. Julian graduated from The University of Arizona earning his bachelor’s degree in 1986 with high honors. Later, he pursued his law degree at his alma mater’s James E. Rogers College of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1989. Not only did he focus on studies in his law school, but he was also an editor of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and the winner of the annual Jenckes Closing Arguments Competition. 

Currently serving as the chair of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Bench-Bar Committee, Mr. Julian is professionally affiliated with organizations such as the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Arizona Association for Justice.
