Mr. Casey attended Arizona State University, where he majored in business management and was a member of the school’s varsity football team before receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1986. After being on the staff of the late Sen. John McCain, he then pursued his legal education at Drake University Law School in Iowa. While he was there, he participated in moot court competitions, served on the Drake Law Review, and was a teaching assistant in legal research and writing prior to his graduating with honors in 1990.

Many of Mr. Casey’s clients are people who have incurred significant losses due to the negligence of others. His cases in this regard have included motor vehicle crashes, defective products and nursing home abuse, among other matters. Mr. Casey has additionally represented victims of professional malpractice, and his civil litigation experience has encompassed officer and director liability, intellectual property disputes, wrongful terminations or other acts of prohibited retaliation, and general commercial and business claims. Mr. Casey’s successes in front of juries and at the negotiating table have led to his receipt of an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell along with other positive recognition.

Mr. Casey has been admitted to practice in Arizona since 1991, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
