The co-chair of the litigation section of Rose Law Group, PC, Andrew B. Turk also serves as a partner at the firm where he practices law in and around Phoenix and throughout Arizona. With over 30 years experience, he has litigated cases across a variety of fields. He offers diligent counsel and representation in matters of:

A large part of Mr. Turk’s clientele includes business owners and businesses, who seek his help in resolving issues involving contract disputes (including business divorce), trade secrets, unfair competition, and other business torts. Working closely with clients and building a relationship based on trust, he has been awarded an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. His approach helps clients explore all the options and weigh them before choosing one that best suits their needs.

Serving as a judge pro tem for more than two decades, Mr. Turk has presided over more than 15 jury trials and numerous other hearings, including criminal and juvenile. Trained in alternative dispute resolution services, he has mediated disputes and has resolved several cases through arbitration. He has been working with the American Arbitration Association for more than six years.

A summa cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University, Mr. Turk received his B.A. in political science and history in 1988. He pursued law at the University of Washington School of Law and completed his J.D. in 1992. Obtaining his first licenses in Washington and Arizona in 1993, he also has authorization to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

The many honors Mr. Turk has received for his litigation skills and client service include a selection to the list of Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation and construction litigation, and recognition as an Arizona Business Leader by the Top 100 Attorneys in Arizona.   • AAA arbitration against FDIC.  Prevailed at motion to dismiss stage on claim that FDIC failed to institute proceedings in a timely fashion and within the statute of repose established by Arizona's anti-deficiency statute.  As a result, the client was relieved of over $12,000,000 in liability., 2013
  • Successfully defended emergency room physician in three-week jury trial. Plaintiff asserted failure to properly diagnose transient ischemic attack and failure to admit delayed treatment for subsequent stroke. Jury returned unanimous defense verdict after twenty five minutes of deliberation., 2023
  • Successfully defended a emergency room Physician Assistant in a three-week long medical malpractice trial. Plaintiff asserted a failure to diagnose pulmonary embolism. Defense verdict returned at end of trial., 2021
  • In ongoing mold/toxic tort litigation, successfully won dismissal of two separate sets of defendants, including a manufacturer of hardboard siding and the principals of an entity that owns and manages a large apartment complex.  Also obtained an award of $250,000 in attorneys' fees and costs.
  • Represented defendants in lawsuit for breach of contract and fraud.  Defense was based upon adverse possession.  Prevailed in bench trial, ultimately obtaining an award for over $160,000 in attorneys' fees and costs against plaintiff., 2009
