Ben Himmelstein

Serving residents of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ben Himmelstein is a partner and a business attorney at Himmelstein & Adkins, LLC. With a bachelor's degree in psychology from Arizona State University, Mr. Himmelstein further pursued his law studies by earning a Juris Doctor degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2004, with an additional certificate in law, science and technology. Licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona the same year he graduated, he now practices before all Arizona state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. 

Mr. Himmelstein’s approach to creating positive outcomes for clients stems from two crucial properties: understanding and listening to his clients. Starting with a conversation to discern the clients’ desired result, he devises a solid legal strategy that settles their case quickly and within budget. Prioritizing long-term relationships with his clients, he maintains them by relying on his shrewd legal acumen to swiftly conclude settlement discussions and achieve winning verdicts at trials. 

As someone who is deeply passionate about the growth of Arizona’s business community, Mr. Himmelstein has held many significant positions in legal associations, including being the founding member of the Arizona Jewish Lawyer Association, the former chairman of the Board of the Arizona Small Business Association, a fee arbitrator for the State Bar of Arizona, a pro tem judge for Maricopa County Superior Court and often as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
