From the firm's office in Tempe, she focuses her practice primarily on labor and employment law, representing employers in matters involving allegations of hostile workplace environment and other forms of sexual harassment, workplace discrimination arising out of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the American with Disabilities Act and other statutes, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination and other forms of retaliation.
