Attorney Frederick R. Petti is a partner at Petti And Briones Law in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Petti focuses his practice on gaming law, white collar criminal defense law and Native American law. He serves clients throughout the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area.
A former Assistant United States Attorney in Arizona and Oregon, Mr. Petti has over three decades of legal experience representing individuals, businesses, state officials, tribal officials and tribal governments. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented clients in arbitrations, government investigations and prosecutions.
In recognition of his professionalism and high ethical standards, Martindale-Hubbell awarded Mr. Petti an AV Preeminent* rating, the highest rating available by the peer review organization. He holds a license before state and federal courts in Arizona, Oregon and Texas, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
