Gregory Tomczak

With over 20 years of experience as a legal professional, Gregory Tomczak is a behemoth within the legal community nationwide for his tireless advocacy and innovative  litigation strategies. At Ambrosio & Tomczak, he handles business/commercial litigation matters and serves as outside general counsel for businesses spanning virtually all industries.  He has an extensive background in business law, including business formation, buying and selling of businesses, business transactions including maximizing the tax benefits of those transactions. He also assists his business clients with white collar criminal and regulatory investigations/prosecutions, and internal investigations.  Finally, Greg represents individuals in probate and trust litigation, including litigation alleging claims of Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adults, under the Arizona Adult Protective Services Act. 

Mr. Tomczak has represented high-profile individuals and government agencies in many complex litigation cases. His trial presence is peerless, and his methodical approach to creating tailor-made strategies for each client is beyond reproach. Having worked as an assistant prosecutor at the beginning of his career, he understands the intricate nuances that go into making his defense indomitable. He now uses the exposure he gained early on to help his clients in contentious business litigation cases and is revered by his peers for his eminent problem-solving talents.

A 1999 B.A. degree graduate in philosophy at Rutgers University, Mr. Tomczak found his true calling in law. He enrolled at The George Washington University Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2002. Licensed to practice in New Jersey the same year he graduated from law school, he has also gained licenses to practice in New York and Arizona as well. Furthermore, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
