Jillian Hansen

A fierce litigator and diligent lead attorney at State 48 Law Firm, Jillian Hansen is one of the founding members. Immersing herself in family law, she has been representing clients in both Arizona offices in Scottsdale and Chandler, Jillian serves clients all across the state. She gained her Arizona bar admission in 2018 and is also admitted in Louisiana. 

Studying for her bachelor’s degree in social work at Arizona State University, Ms. Hansen interned at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, after which she accepted a full-time position in the organization. In 2014, she enrolled at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center for her doctorate in jurisprudence, which she completed in 2017. Soon after graduation, she got licensed to practice in Louisiana and soon after she sat for the Arizona bar.

As a law student, Ms. Hansen played an active role in the Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response nonprofit and the Juvenile Defense Clinic. During this tenure, she also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, the Southeast Louisiana Legal Services and the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights.

Ms. Hansen uses her communication skills to reassure and empower her clients so that they can withstand the tough times they feel trapped in. She takes up complex cases to challenge while using her creative abilities to devise unique plans to prioritize the needs of her clients.
