John C. Breslo

Concentrating his law practice in the Phoenix-Scottsdale metropolitan area, John C. Breslo is an established civil trial lawyer who owns The Breslo Law Firm, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Breslo focuses his attention on nursing home abuse and neglect-related injuries and the injuries and deaths of vulnerable and disabled adults.  

Throughout more than three decades of law practice, Mr. Breslo has maintained a strict adherence to compassionate and ethical law practice. He has represented injured and disabled victims before the various federal and appellate courts of Arizona and California. He also fights on behalf of the loved ones of victims who have succumbed to death because of another party’s negligence or wrongdoing. 

Mr. Breslo works on nursing home neglect and abuse cases, automobile accidents, ERISA claims, insurance disputes and others affecting the consumers of Arizona and California. He was recognized with a Top 100 verdict in the United States in 2021 and was named in the list of Arizona’s Top 3 Verdicts in 2021 by the Arizona Attorney magazine. He has also been peer-reviewed through Martindale-Hubbell.

Majoring in finance, Mr. Breslo completed his undergraduate degree in 1987 from Arizona State University. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, he worked for U.S. House of Representative member John McCain. In 1992, he obtained his law degree magna cum laude from the New York Law School, where he also served as an article editor for the university’s Law Review. 

Mr. Breslo has professional memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, The State Bar of California and the Arizona Association for Justice. In addition, he spends his time giving lectures at various professional and public gatherings on improving assisted living care in Arizona and California.  He has 4 boys and is a past president of McCormick Ranch Little League and former high school football coach.
