Joshua A. Lopez

Joshua A. Lopez is the founder of Attorney Josh, a Phoenix, Arizona-based law firm focused on criminal defense. He represents clients facing a broad range of criminal charges and provides legal counsel tailored to the circumstances and objectives of each case. His practice encompasses DUI, felony offenses, drug crimes, sex crimes, traffic violations, white collar crimes, gun offenses, theft, assault and domestic violence matters.

In another matter involving possession of 11 pounds of drugs, he secured a resolution in which the client pleaded to a misdemeanor, received no jail time and was placed on five years of probation.

Mr. Lopez earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before earning his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2016. He graduated cum laude and received the CALI academic excellence award in evidence, reflecting his strong academic performance in a key area of criminal litigation.

Admitted to practice in Arizona, California and Nevada, Mr. Lopez represents clients across multiple jurisdictions.
