Kristin Roebuck Bethell

A 2008 political science graduate of Arizona State University, Ms. Bethell completed her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013 at Whittier Law School, featuring on dean’s list and winning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. During her tenure at the law school, she served as an active member of the Whittier Law Review, a teaching assistant of Professor William Parton and research assistant of Professor Thomas Kelch.

Before attending law school, Ms. Bethell worked as a paralegal at Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., and clerked for the national law firm of Higbee & Associates, drafting numerous documents for civil rights restoration and other post-conviction relief processes in several different states in the nation. She has been qualified to argue on behalf of her clients before the Arizona Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
