Loren Suddes

Loren is a seasoned litigator who has spent 15 years protecting businesses in civil, commercial, and construction litigation. Her clients range from construction contractors and renewable energy to hospitality and commercial property owners. Her experience includes construction defect and payment disputes, breach of contract disputes, consumer disputes, and civil liability, including defense in personal injury claims. She has litigated hundreds of different matters and protected businesses from litigation risk to resolution.

Loren and her Litigation Team take a claim from its initial "risk" stage to its final "resolution" stage, starting with initial investigation and assessment to settlement negotiations or trial. She utilizes thorough discovery, strategic motion practice, and effective communication to vigorously litigate cases to resolution, including trial. Loren strives to resolve matters for her clients when appropriate by early and continuous evaluation and settlement exploration.

Her practice involves proceedings in both Arizona State and Federal Courts and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration through private neutrals, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and JAMS.

In 2020, Loren received the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) through the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and manages her practice in an effective and efficient manner to meet her clients’ goals. Loren provides each of her clients with clear, concise, and frequent  communication, and realistic expectations through all stages of litigation. 

Loren takes pride in her career and family achievements. While previously working at a prominent Arizona law firm, she was promoted from associate to shareholder in 7 years and before the age of 40. She managed these career accomplishments while also growing her family and having two daughters. After reaching her career goals of managing a thriving litigation practice at a mid-sized law firm, Loren asked herself what's next? The Answer: Suddes Law

Loren created Suddes Law to serve her mission to represent clients seeking a forward thinking law firm focused on efficiency and effectiveness.

Loren is proud to own and operate a Woman-Owned and Operated Law Firm. As a spouse and a parent, Loren brings not only her legal career but her personal achievements and her "mom-dern" approach to Suddes Law. 

Mrs. Suddes attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served in numerous leadership positions, was awarded a number of honors, and graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.
